Raptress Jah Jah a.k.a ‘Ya Superwoman’ is grinding her way to the top any means necessary. Straight out of the west side of Atlanta, Georgia, Jah Jah is on a mission to top the music charts. From stripping to the top of the poles at the infamous Blue Flame Gentleman Club, she is trading that lifestyle for a music career.
“Music was a passion since I was young, someone believed in me, and I went for my dreams,” she said. “The biggest struggle I had to overcome was for me to stop dancing because I love to dance, but I wanted to pursue my dreams.”
If Jah Jah can change one thing about the music industry, that is to make music real again. Inspired by mega-superstars like Philly rapper Meek Mill and Grammy Award winner Cardi B. Just like Jah Jah, the famous Cardi B started her career as a dancer in New York City clubs.
“What I enjoy most about being a musician is doing shows and meeting my fans.” Her lyrical content inSuperwoman speaks for itself. The full-length mixtape features songs with producer Zaytoven, Merci, Earl on the Beat, and more.
It’s always an improvement for the upcoming artist. “I get better by taking notes and learning new things.” The rapper is proud to say that she pushes her pen.”I pen everything first.” Her audience can even hear her spit her flows on the Trauma track.
